Welcome to Ohio Pet Placement!
Ohio Pet Placement was founded as a 501(c)(3) foundation in 2005.
Since its inception Ohio Pet Placement has been dedicated to finding
homes for lost, abused, abandoned, unwanted and neglected animals.
Pets including but not limited to reptiles,
rabbits, cats, birds and dogs have already found
forever homes through Ohio Pet Placement.
Ohio Pet Placement is working to relieve animal suffering and put an
end to animal cruelty in all forms. Our volunteers work to raise awareness
of animal cruelty and work to educate potential pet owners
on the responsibilities of pet ownership.
Ohio Pet Placement will not only find homes for
animals but will also rehabilitate and train special
needs pets. This includes animals that have
suffered both physically and emotionally.
Ohio Pet Placement’s adoption center is located inside The Animal House at 2555 N. Ridge Road East in Lorain. At The Animal House
you may purchase any supplies you may need for
your new pet. This includes treats, food, bowls,
leashes collars and more. In addition to supplies
The Animal House also offers training, grooming, daycare and veterinary services. A portion of the proceeds from The Animal House is donated
to Ohio Pet Placement.
